The Arizona Superior Court has ruled that a DCS (formerly CPS) report of child neglect filed on July 30, 2013 was possibly filed in bad faith or with malicious intent. On December 30, 2014, the Arizona Superior Court issued an Order on Case No. V1300CV20148038. This relates to an earlier post on Sedona Unified, District calls CPS in retaliation.
