As we head into summer people often look at loosing the extra weight and I have had a few clients speak of it in the last little bit. So I have decided to talk about it here. Don't get me wrong, I am not angry at these people. I am simply saying that as a society, the focus is still on being less FAT. This is what I believe the industry is built on. Fear is such a crippling and horrible thing.
