Tuesday, September 01, 2009. The "To Do" and the "Done". Nothing is ever complete. That's one thing I can count on. I have a sink full of dishes that need washed, a laundry room with sorted piles that need washed, and a never ending list of things I can get done. And never enough time or energy! Cleaned in the bedroom - which included de-cluttering, sorting and folding laundry (forever known as Mt.Washed Already! That's the extent of the "Done" list. Wednesday, September 02, 2009. I have decided that there are just not enough hours in the day to get all of my "first of the month" errands done on one day. 7am - got off work and came home, fed the kinder kid, made his lunch and took him to school. 820am - dressed to the shoes in nice "going out" clothes instead of being in my scrubs all day and headed to Star Bucks to have coffee and biscuits with a friend. 12pm - Had lunch with the DH. 315pm - pick up the kinder kid and start evening routine.

Saturday, November 26, 2005. Okay, most people have bloopers at the Thanksgiving Dinner. Oh, burned rolls, underdone mashed potatoes, or too much salt in a dish making it un-edible. We were very fortunate that all of the dishes that were prepared by family and friends turned out very nicely for our dinner at Grandma's house. No bloopers to speak of for the turn out there - - OH NO! My 4 yo son certianly made up for that when we returned home. And sure enough that is what happened! One VERY CHARRED dinner...
