http://myfirstblogweddingplanner.blogspot.com/2008/05/save-date.html
Monday, May 12, 2008. After supper, my H2B and I sat down to tackle our save the dates. Supplies: one bottle of wine, dried lavender from Mt. Shasta. Save the date cards made by Erin Ellis. LOVE her work), brown calligraphy pens and soundtrack by Leonard Cohen. We had so much fun and are so excited! 5 months left to go! And to celebrate after we had finished our save the dates, we fed each other strawberries and nutella and watched "Samantha Who"! Labels: save the date. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Wedding Planning!: Mt. Shasta
http://myfirstblogweddingplanner.blogspot.com/2008/08/mt-shasta.html
Saturday, August 16, 2008. The countdown has began. Only 56 days until our wedding! I've started to reflect on my life since I've met Timothy and think about how our life is going to be as a married couple. I've been going through our photos and thought I would post some pictures from our first trip together. Our camping trip to Mt. Shasta is a special memory as it was when I realized I was in love with Timothy.and Timothy only fell more in love with me! At least that is how my story goes!

Wedding Planning!: Monkeybum
http://myfirstblogweddingplanner.blogspot.com/2008/09/monkeybum.html
Friday, September 12, 2008. If you are wondering why we are associating ourselves with "Monkeybum", let me explain. Ever since Timothy can remember his grandfather Guy has called him Monkeybum and the term has simply fit. I've decided that I am okay being Mrs. Monkeybum because I've been called worse. Let's just say that growing ten inches in one year, being the pastor's daughter and kinda goofy made me a vulnerable target. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Where should we go on our honeymoon?

Sunday, October 12, 2008. What they don't tell you. We just had our first date as a married couple. We sat next to a couple who had been married for thirty years and were celebrating their marriage. It was so special to share an evening under the almost full moon, next to an out door fire with the most amaszing food prepared by Girl and the Fig. I love being a wife! Wedding Planning!: Wedding Vows
http://myfirstblogweddingplanner.blogspot.com/2008/09/wedding-vows.html
Sunday, September 28, 2008. So I recently cleaned out one of our black hole storage unit and came across a folder containing all my essays for my senior writing class. Scribbled across most of my papers was "Show me don't tell me! Scratching my head, I sit staring at this blank screen. How can I show and not tell my promises to Timothy? And why did I consent to writing my own vows? Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston vowed to split the difference on the thermostat in their wedding vows. We have been asked by...

Wednesday, June 15, 2011. I wish I could walk home from work. So, I had a great day at work to day. Then I got stuck in traffic for 2 hours on the way home. Traffic here is horrible! As I was thinking, "I wish that I could just walk home," this song came on the radio. I just laughed and cranked up the radio and sang at the top of my lungs. And after that, my horrible commute was just not as horrible. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did! Sunday, June 12, 2011. So to record my life as it happens:. Anywa...

Book Review: We Were Liars. February 20, 2017. I do love this book overall. The strength of the novel is no doubt the shocking and harrowing ending which nobody will predict. Even if the book isn’t your cup of tea, reading until the end is so worth it. Everything about ‘that summer’ is revealed, and it is jarring. Lockhart also uses fairytale stories which mimic the action on Beechwood Island which I adore. New Year’s Resolutions. January 2, 2017. January 3, 2017. How crazy is that? Yeah well, guess what?

Babbling Birk Barks ....again
Babbling Birk Barks .again. Discussing every day stuff and the shit that bugs me. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Looking back at the late 2011 post on facebook today, I realized that I was in a funky place. Normally I wouldn't venture to old post to just see what I wrote, but it was brought to my attention from a good friend. She told me that even though I am the same person, my actions and words were so very different now then that place I was in months ago. Here's to the next 8 months. Posted by birk babbles.
