Søndag 29. mai 2011. 85) Days of Summer. We've been in Norway for quite some time now and adjusted ourselves to the society again. So we've decided to sum up our trip: Backpacking for dummies awards! Fish filet in garlic sauce in Goa, India. The buffet on Fraser Island, Australia. There are no specific meal that comes to my mind as really bad, but I had one steak in Goa that was so spicy that I couldn´t finish it, which was quite disappointing. (and I usually like spicy food). Or the islands of Thailand?

Fredag 13. mai 2011. After a 12 hour flight from New Zealand we arrived in Los Angeles This is what happened in 4 days:. We stayed in a hostel quite far away from the centre. Yet, it was cheap and we got a free breakfast. This was american style - consisting of a muffin and coffee. 1 day in Universal Studios! We did a lot of eating since we had a eat-all-you-can-pass (beware-it doesn't pay off, it only makes you fat). Randi lost her lasagna plate in the middle of a restaurant and the waiter was amaze...

Mandag 17. januar 2011. Tida suser og med tida kjem bekymringar for ikkje å rekka alt som må ordnast før avreise. Eg (frk. Kopperud) arbeidar kvar dag og vel så det, i Åsane og i Os, så bussen er min ven! Og no startar flyttekaoset sånn smått. Innimellom klarar eg likevel å få gjort det mest naudsynte:. Skriva lister -pakkeliste (i ulike kategoriar! Har skaffa meg reserve-bankkort. Er i full opplæring av linsebruk -slik at eg kan sjå også under vatn! Svitsjar flittig innom travel-chanel når eg er heime.

Mandag 2. mai 2011. Sure, backpacking is about having fun, being adventurous and trying out new stuff. However, we gotta mention the backsides of backpacking as well. It's not like we're walking around in a eurofic condition all day long. Fredag 25. februar 2011. Here we are again! This time hot and sweaty in Goa, and with around 35 degrees we enjoy the beachlife and the warm sea. With a lack of time and proper internett, the post is a bit late, but we hope it will please you after the long wait. Monday, April 11, 2011. Finally Prince Siddhartha came to a place that is now called Bodhgaya, where he sat under a tree and meditated. He had spent 6 years in a cave nearby, without eating, without drinking. But under this tree his search would come to an end. He attained enlightenment and became a Buddha. Today this tree is called Bodhi tree, and it grows next to a temple. It is not exactly the same tree Buddha used to meditate beneath, but it grew from a cutting of the original one.
