Fredag 13. mai 2011. After a 12 hour flight from New Zealand we arrived in Los Angeles This is what happened in 4 days:. We stayed in a hostel quite far away from the centre. Yet, it was cheap and we got a free breakfast. This was american style - consisting of a muffin and coffee. 1 day in Universal Studios! Mandag 17. januar 2011. Tida suser og med tida kjem bekymringar for ikkje å rekka alt som må ordnast før avreise. Eg (frk. Kopperud) arbeidar kvar dag og vel så det, i Åsane og i Os, så bussen er min ven! Og no startar flyttekaoset sånn smått. Innimellom klarar eg likevel å få gjort det mest naudsynte:. Skriva lister -pakkeliste (i ulike kategoriar! Har skaffa meg reserve-bankkort. Er i full opplæring av linsebruk -slik at eg kan sjå også under vatn! Svitsjar flittig innom travel-chanel når eg er heime.

Mandag 2. mai 2011. We've been stroling up and down, back and forth in the botanical garden. We saw a documentary about baby elephants and orangutangs in the IMAX theatre -in 3D (and Randi met a guy from her hometown there.). We've seen the opera house in the daytime and nighttime, -upclose and from afar. We've visited the local police station. We spent a lot of hours sipping to cups of coffee in various cafe`s. Found another vintage shop district. We've seen at least 4 people talking to themselves.

Onsdag 30. mars 2011. We had to travel for a day to get from Thailand to Malaysia. On the border we were queuing for some hours, however we didn't have to bribe anyone. Astrid was really disappointed because she really wanted to get rid of her last baht (thai money) this way. Bicycle-table at a cafe in Penang. Our hostel was huge and overcrowded with a 20 bed dorm and here Astrid got a diploma for having the best last name of all guests in the hostel!
