Castleton Blue John Cavern Rushup Edge Chapel Gate Track Edale Hollins Cross Hope Cross Rowlee Farm Ladybower Reservoir Hope Castleton. Probably. It's some of the best all-year riding in the Peak District. Yes Download from here. Chapel Gate descent - a Peak District classic. Rocky, rutty climb to Hollins Cross. Distance: 23.2 miles.

Blue John Cavern Quarry Oxlow Rake Cavedale Casteleton Blue John Cavern. Probably not (it's a bit short). Picturesque climb through trees at Oxlow Rake. The broken road climb (maybe! Distance: About 7 miles? Castleton has plenty of pubs and tea shops. The Blue John Cavern is open to visitors. Baa Banana Black Sheep.

There will always be a part of me that misses my life as a kid. My dad was the foreman of a thirty thousand acre cattle ranch in a small town, and I ran wild on all of it! My brother, sister, and I learned how to drive when we were ten in a 1946 willys jeep. We helped at brandings, (although I was the one who took off when the work started ), rode calves, roped, and cut wood (red ants and all). It was the life! Moments of your country life.
