This is a great cheap dish perfect for parties and football, very spicy. 1) Black mustard seeds, 4 tablespoons, chilli oil (or ghee). 3) 2lb cubed potatoes (do not wash the starch thickens the sauce) 1inch cubes, boiling water. 4) Fresh chopped coriander. I have been making this dish since 1992, and there is no set recipe, chuck in anything you want in the middle cooking stage. Use the biggest pan you can, you need a lid as well for the black mustard seeds. 2lb potatoes, skins on, cubed to 1" approx. 4 heaped tablespoons of black mustard seeds (or brown). One fine chopped onion. Tin of chopped tomatoes.

Recipe for bread - home made with bacon and onion bitesize. This is a blog how to bake bread rolls with the inside stuffed with a choice of filling. Traditionally it's bacon and onion, but I have also tried lamb mince and peas / mint. Also beef mince / chilli. A very cheap and versatile dish to use up the contents of the fridge / cupboard. Duck breast shallow fried in breadcrumbs with Parma ham topping, with boiled potatoes and vegetables. 2 slices of Parma ham. Breadcrumbs (I made my own by crumbling bread and leaving overnight, or you can grill at short notice). Fresh chilli and garlic. I had boiled potatoes, cabbage and broccoli, together with 2 cherry plum totatoes cut in half to serve.

We were just chatting on the phone… and after I mentioned to him what I was going to have for dinner (a venison neck and beer stew that I have been slow-cooking for 20 hours), he encouraged me to start posting cooking videos online….
