It's been brewing for a while; I finally took the jump. I blame Rahul. We were just chatting on the phone… and after I mentioned to him what I was going to have for dinner (a venison neck and beer stew that I have been slow-cooking for 20 hours), he encouraged me to start posting cooking videos online….
