Their food and beverages. On the homebrewing side, I'm always amazed by the would-be brewers that want to "clone-brew" a version of Corona or even the insanely-overrated Fat Tire Ale. WTF? I just don't get it. Why get into homebrewing in the first place, if you're just going to try to copy the Shit Beers of the World?

Tuesday, October 02, 2007. I have an agent? My friend that occasionally brews with me here called me up earlier this evening. He had apparently been talking with the owner of a local establishment about the legal issues of serving free beer. Free as in we give it to him and free as in give it away, not sell it. What is there to tax if no payment is received? I'm a little wary of the seemingly easy "loophole" which is why I'm simply referring to it as "a local establishment.". Posted by chris @ 6:15 PM.

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. For my third batch of home brew I decided it was past time for a hoppy brew. After looking at several different recipes I settled on an Amarillo IPA recipe that I found on the home brew forum at BeerAdvocate.com. Pours a hazy dark golden color, almost copper with a fluffy white cap that leave plenty of lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma starts with a load of grapefruit with little else, maybe a little grassy. Just a hint of bready malt as it warms. Original Gravity: 1.075.
