Radishes. I was going to write about radishes. Not today, though. I was also going to build shelves in the hall closet. The coat closet probably, properly but, we never use it for coats. We could use a place for games, though. And circuitry kits. And crafts and toys, and odds and ends, and so: re-purposing. Project. Shelves. I bought boards, mid-April. I brought them in, Monday. I so didnt do it. . And so, instead, I was going to see her the next weekend. That was two weeks ago. Havent seen her, still.

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Sunday, June 26, 2011.

Random Happiness: March 2011
http://lizzymrandomhappiness.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
So this month, when Everyday Food. Arrived, and there was a recipe for homemade granola, I just had to give it a shot. I ended up modifying the recipe, kind of a blend between the one in the magazine and the one Cynthia Lair's Feeding the Whole Family. This is what I came up with:. 3 cups old-fashioned oats. 1/2 cup raw almonds. 1/2 cup raw cashews. 1/4 cup sunflour seeds. A generous pinch of cinnamon. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter. 1/3 cup low sugar dried pineapple. The res...
