I am a self taught baker and cake decorator, I have always loved all types of cooking and I started baking at a young age my earliest memory of baking I would be about 3 or 4! Over the years my love of cooking has developed and I find myself increasingly passionate about what I do, with three children requesting bigger and more elaborate cakes each birthday I have had a lot of practice!
