Monday, September 3, 2012. For this recipe you can. Use any combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. 2 12-oz packages frozen mixed berries, thawed. 1/2 cup date syrup. 1 T arrowroot powder. 3/4 cup rolled oats. 1/3 cup almond meal. 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. 1/2 cup date syrup. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 Combine berries and date syrup in medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer. 2 Mix arrowroot powder with water and stir into berry mixture. Stir constantly until berries thicken.
