Courtesy of Karen Rupp :). That's all I have to say. Cook rice (about 2 cups). Cook bacon - keep 3 to 4 tbsp. of dripping (crumble bacon when cooked). Cut up cabbage (about 1/2 head). Cut up green onions. Cook onions in bacon drippings until soft. Add cabbage until limp (almost clear). Add ham and rice. Add the bacon last and sprinkle with soy sauce. Cafe Rio Chicken and Cilantro Ranch Dressing. 2 lbs chicken breasts. 1/2 small bottle of Zesty Italian dressing. 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic. Juice from 1 lime.

I am making it today for a friend of ours, so I thought it was a good time to post the recipe. 2 cups Zucchini, peeled and grated. 3 cups white flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp. baking powder. 1 cup nuts, optional. Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in 2 big or 3 small greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
