I will send a reminder email out a couple of weeks before the baking day to remind everyone that Baking for Hospice is coming up and to ask who is keen to bake and you can just let me know whether you can make it that particular round or not. I've only made German Chocolate cake once before, but I just used a gluten free mix, and I wasn't that impressed with it.
