http://bakingforjohn.blogspot.com/2009/11/gluten-free-german-chocolate-cake.html
Confessions of a Non-Celiac Gluten Free Baker. Monday, November 23, 2009. Gluten Free German Chocolate Cake. I've only made German Chocolate cake once before, but I just used a gluten free mix, and I wasn't that impressed with it. I know that my sister loves to make this for her family because it's surprisingly easy to make it dairy free as well with some simple substitutions. 2 1/4 cups GF mix. 1 1/4 tsp xanthan gum. 1 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp Egg Replacer. 1/2 cup hot water.

Confessions of a Non-Celiac Gluten Free Baker. Monday, September 1, 2008. GF Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches. So really, this is a cookie recipe, but I've found that the best way to eat these cookies is with a little bit of ice cream sandwiched between them. The recipe comes from my sister and is a modified recipe from Alton Brown's Food Network show. 8 ounces unsalted butter or butter flavored shortening. 11 ounces brown rice flour, approximately 2 cups. 1 1/4 ounces cornstarch, approximately 1/4 cup. Brown...

Confessions of a Non-Celiac Gluten Free Baker. Thursday, May 7, 2009. GF Pan-seared Tilapia with Green Beans and Grape Tomatoes. I wasn't sure that I was going to share this recipe because of a specific item that won't be available everywhere, but it really does taste great and I think it could be easily adjusted. Wegman's sends me a magazine occasionally with great recipes. And this comes from one. The original recipe is not Gluten-free, but it was easy for me to modify. 1 Tbsp Pure Olive Oil. Over when...

What a great family! Those are just lovely. March 13, 2010 at 9:22 AM. Terrific pictures. That walking picture- the first one- is perfect. Theyre all great. Why was your student taking pictures of you? March 13, 2010 at 12:06 PM.

http://holmesweethome.blogspot.com/2012/07/ciao-from-italia.html
Tuesday, July 10, 2012. On May 26th I was lounging around in my jammies and checking e-mail. I spotted an e-mail from one of Chris's acquaintances entitled "Ciao from Italia." I ran into the family room and handed my laptop to Chris. I said, "Is he kidding, or is this real? July 14, 2012 at 7:28 PM. July 16, 2012 at 2:42 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, March 8, 2009. Finding clothes to wear with a cast can be challenging . . . . Even princesses wear casts sometimes . . . . So, I suppose I can't just tell you all that Elena broke her arm without sharing a few details. On Thursday night (Feb. 12th), I returned home from work to find Elena whimpering on the couch. Grandma Holmes was comforting her. I asked, "What's the matter sweetie? And Elena said in her most pained voice, "I think I broke my arm.". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

We skipped a week of photos, so here are two when he was 1 month old. Do you see how smooth and round his head got as his hematoma healed? You're correct. No oxygen canula!

Then, on Saturday, they will get to ride in the Art City Days parade. I (Chris) manage to always have some singing project in the works, which is nic...

Sunday, February 22, 2009. But it is . . . but it isn't. This morning at 7:51 Eva came storming into my bedroom shouting "This is your last warning Mister! Sunday, July 22, 2012. We were also supposed to visit the olive oil mill Cecci.
