Apologies for the delays between posts; it’s been hideously hot here and when the temperature hits 40 plus, it is NOT the right time to have the oven on. However, in spite of the heat, people keep having birthdays – rather inconsiderate of them, really. As a result, cakes must be produced and a cheesecake was requested.
