Decadent Delectables: April 2011
http://obsessivebaking.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
For all my experiments in the kitchen and more! Sunday, April 10, 2011. Baking with Dorie: Bill's Big Carrot Cake. I'm so glad I took the time in between baking orders to bake this cake. It's absolutely delicious! And I was able to share the cake for tea. One layer was given to my mother (after I took the pics that is) and the other two I took with to an aunt's home. Where my cousin who married a week ago, cut up her wedding cake for tea too. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

For all my experiments in the kitchen and more! Monday, June 6, 2011. Baking with Dorie: Quintuple Chocolate Brownies. One of the reasons behind me purchasing. Baking From My Home to Yours, is the endless recipes containing chocolate! When I came across this recipe, I literally swooned! This was the result of my first attempt. There's no need for a hand mixer as everything gets done with a whisk or spatula. AND only two bowls are used, so the cleaning up afterward is minimal! Check out their results here.
