That's what I made today. The pizza was excellent. I used a pizza crust recipe from Food Network. I docked it, oiled it, sprinkled it with garlic, added fresh sliced tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, oregano and hot pepper flakes. Here is the pizza crust recipe. 1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees F). Pork Bun Recipe needed.

Shrimp Jicama Spring Rolls with chili peanut dipping sauce. These are the best spring rolls I have ever eaten! The recipe comes from Food and Wine. 1/2 pound large shrimp—shelled, deveined and quartered crosswise. 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons canola oil. 1 large shallot, thinly sliced. 1 large garlic clove, minced. 1/2 cup chicken stock or low-sodium broth.
