Unless you are signed up for 10 weeks or more, I'm asking all "drop in" participants who need a kettlebell to email, phone or text message me the day of the class they are planning to attend so I can be sure to have enough kettlebells on hand. Training Schedule and Resource. Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Rained out. AGAIN! It has rained something like 17 of the last 20 days. It's getting a little ridiculous. Anyway, no class today. However, I'm assigning homework. 5 minute swing tests for everybody (except Missy, you need to do 10 minutes with your little baby 'bell). If you don't have a kettlebell, a 5 minute squat test will suffice. :). Sunday, June 14, 2009. Monday classes have been canceled. We meet once a week now on Wednesdays at 6:30.
