KETTLEBELLS 4 U: April 2010
http://kettlebells4u.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 11, 2010. Adaptation does not need to be forced. We are never completely still. Our blood is always moving. Nerve impulses are constantly travelling through our bodies. Even at rest we are in motion. We never stay the same either. Skin cells reproduce and die. Hair and nails grow. Tissue is added or taken away. We learn and forget. We do nothing about any of this. It just happens. It is part of our nature to adapt. Our bodies are designed to survive. Links to this post. Friday, April 9, 2010.

KETTLEBELLS 4 U: November 2010
http://kettlebells4u.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 23, 2010. About two years ago I was finally able to get my grip training on track. It was something I had wanted to do for a while but previous attempts ended in frustration. Consistency and Precision | KETTLEBELLS 4 U
http://kettlebells4u.blogspot.com/2011/05/consistency-and-precision.html
Tuesday, May 10, 2011. You will hear over and over again a description of great athletes. They make it look easy. I've seen 400kg deadlifts go up with such speed, it's hard to believe there's that much weight on the bar. Barry Sanders seemed to float in the air as he moved towards a gap in the line. Great althletes make the amazing look ordinary. The Gym Movement Protocol. If the body learns exactly what it is doing then it would benefit us to have consistency in our movements during exercise. If no, whe...

Matt Fioravante, Software Designer. I recently went thru an introductory kettlebell workout with Dan Cenidoza of Be-More Training. Dan spent some time on my staff when I served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Baltimore Ravens (NFL). He is well versed in various types of lifting techniques, philosophies and protocols. I found the workout both challenging and fun. Whether you are a new or experienced kettlebell lifter, I would strongly recommend Dan's services.". Rob Ferguson, Firefighter.
