Birthday eats and other news. August 10, 2009 in birfday. I thought that sungolds were indeterminate, but they all seem to be coming at once. I also bagged eight big cucumbers–sheesh! Andrea and I toasted each others birthdays at the Publican. Over the weekend. If you haven’t heard of the place, give it a look. 8211;it’s pretty darn good. http://larkspurlane-penny.blogspot.com/2014/07/eliza-poole-and-anne-wilson-1831.html
Monday, July 14, 2014. Eliza Poole and Anne Wilson 1831. I've been taking advantage of some calm time, and recently finished a few things, starting with the Eliza Poole Sampler by Stacy Nash Primitives. I discovered Tina Woltman's designs on Facebook. Books and freedom in a Web 2.0 World. Monday, August 17, 2009. ACRL Member of the Week: Me! The ACRL (Association of College and Research Libraries) orientation for new members was one of the most useful events at ALA. It's where I met Mary Jane Petrowski, ACRL's Associate Director, who invited me to submit a profile for their Member of the Week feature. So here I am! But I'm happy with the result, and Mary Jane's enthusiasm was really encouraging. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
