I had to push Brian into going so once we got there, I couldn’t admit that I couldn’t feel my feet. The weather was 10 degrees and the severe wind chill made it much worse. Did I mention it was really cold? Brian wanted to be home for his church meetings so he left on Saturday night and drove through heavy winds and blizzard snow to get home. He went to his 5:30 (AM!

On April 16, 2015. I had skin cancer when I was 31. I had just taken care of my Aunt Marilyn the last two weeks of her life as she was dying from melanoma. I went to the dermatologist and I was surprised to find I had a little skin cancer. A plastic surgeon cut it out and it wasn’t a big deal.
