http://grandmandgrandpabarfuss.blogspot.com/2008/08/reunion-full-of-surprises.html
A Reunion full of Surprises! Saturday, August 16, 2008. A Reunion full of Surprises! Our reunion at Bear Lake couldn't have been better. Julie and Ray and Andy and Julie were in charge this year and they left no stone unturned to make it special in every way. Joe and I were kept in the dark as the plans progressed. We didn't have to do anything except be there. It was great! Brady and Grandma are having a reading lesson together. It was pretty wild! We have this special picture hanging in our living room!

Grandma Sally: Focus on the Abundance!
http://grandmandgrandpabarfuss.blogspot.com/2009/01/focus-on-abundance.html
Focus on the Abundance! Friday, January 9, 2009. Focus on the Abundance! In his October 5, 2008 conference talk President Monson quoted a well-known author:. I have learned during the past month to be grateful for the abundance that's present and choose not to focus on what is missing! Louise picked up our book from the printer and was delighted at its appearance. She called me and said that it is "gorgeous". I was so happy that it was finished and that it turned out so well. How amazing is the human bod...

Swept Out To Sea! Thursday, March 20, 2008. The outside has been cleaned up and repaired. We took a morning to take a self guided tour of the newly renovated State Capitol. They are still working on some of the finishing touches including the landscaping. They have done a wonderful job of cleaning it up and refurbishing everything to its original glory besides making it earthquake safe. It was well worth our time to take a look! So apparently someone stole the passcode to the alarm system to the credit union and called and put the system into 'test mode' - which means the system can't work for an hour. Now why would a person put the system in test mode if there wasn't an ulterior motive? Right they wouldn't. so as of this minute, our building is in lockdown. No one goes in. no one goes out. The following are actual events. all coughs are recorded. And inserted when actual coughs took place.). There's nothing worse than a cough.

s h a n n a l y n n e: grape juice, not grapefruit
http://shannaa.blogspot.com/2008/06/grape-juice-not-grapefruit.html
Grape juice, not grapefruit. Lately my grandad hasn't been doing very well. he's in a lot of pain and doesn't have very much strength. most of the family will be surprised if he lives through the week. With all the medication he's been given lately, he's had quite a few episodes of hallucinations. he sees objects that aren't there. but through it all, he has kept his sense of humor. Grapefruit. so he declined and said, "i don't like grapefruit.". No, grape juice. The exchange made me smile. You weren't t...
