Monday, February 22, 2010. My weight and fitness level has fluctuated since 2000, but never to unhealthy levels. Now at nearly 47 years old my bodyfat is in the single digits! I’ve learned a lot over the last 10 years about the science of weight loss and training. In 2009 I decided to pursue a Personal Fitness Trainer Certification from AFAA.
