Coping with illness through faith and artwork. Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Getting Ready to Begin Treatment. It's about 1 AM on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011. Yossi is set to begin treatment today. It's also the third anniversary of his first surgery. Back then, we were told that with surgery and chemo, we had an 85% chance of never seeing this again. Then in June of 2009, we were welcomed into the "15% Club" when Yossi was diagnosed with his first recurrence. Please keep Yosef Shmuel ben Miriam in your prayers.

PS Several readers have asked me if I'm going to post pictures of my projects and jewelry. I've tried to take pictures of the detailed work, but my "elf" camera can't capture the detail well enough. I'm looking into borrowing a macro camera to do the job. When I get decent pictures, I'll post them.
