How to collect milk bags. March 13, 2015. March 20, 2015. Every day we receive inquiries about collecting milk bags. Although we encourage all the schools and other groups to also weave sleeping mats, we accept bags only for the volunteers who weave. Steps on how to collect, save and sort milk bags. Only the colorful outer bags from 4 liter milk bags are collected. Ensure that they are clean. Place into photocopy boxes 500-800 per box. Write the amount on the outside of the boxes.

April 14, 2015. Christie Gardens Retirement Home in Toronto. The group meets every second week to make mats. The man in the red. Plaid shirt is 101. I am just so impressed that we can have 5 year olds flattening bags in schools and 101 year olds. Working at the cutting and weaving in retirement homes. We have sent 647 mats so far this year, and there will be a shipment tomorrow and another Wednesday. Thank you so much everyone. it is such a wonderful way to help people in need. xo, Angela.
