A blog about my life. This poem was written by my grandfather, Reverend Alfred Brooks Rollins or "Doc.". As I think most of us can in some way or another. Right now I am living in the very back of a beautiful hollow in Kentucky, surrounded by modest mountains, trees and wildlife. A blog about my life. Thursday, January 31, 2013. A Hazy Shade of Winter. Time, time, time, see what's become of me. While I looked around. I was so hard to please. But look around, leaves are brown. And the sky is a hazy shade of winter. This certainly has been a bizarre winter . even I can tell and I'm a Floridian! One week it's freezing . the next it's in the 60's even 70's and the week after that it's snowing! Even yesterday it was raining and in the 60's and today it was snowing! Hats off to them!

A blog about my life. Monday, January 27, 2014. Big News: It's a BABY! This is my BIGGEST news of all! We are happily expecting our second baby! It's hard to believe I started this blog while I was pregnant with Ernie and here I am, nearly 6 months along with our second. We were lucky enough to learn that we are having another boy. Shortly before Christmas. We have had a name for a second boy in our back pockets since we were pregnant with Ernie . so. Coming Early Summer . We plan on calling him Alfie.

The first project I found jon ravelry, the Neon Love Mitts. Pattern by Meghan Fernandes jumped out at me! A perfect choice for the yarn I wanted to use up.These fingerless mitts have a very simple, well written pattern and whip up in no time! I highly recommend this pattern! A Few Notes on the Pattern:. Look at all those ends! They are super soft and warm too!

I miss my gentle, placid pal. I had him cremated and yesterday placed his ashes in his favourite place he used to sleep in, at the sunniest part of the garden. Little chick broke up from School and I was still poorly with the lurgy which meant a trip to the Doctors. I officially have been diagnosed with Asthma and given steroids and an inhaler. It kinds of explains why I was awake every night sounding like Darth Vader! Anyway, I am feeling much better now, thank goodness. And there is The Lowry Theatre. The Tower of the Lowry Theatre.
