My adventures in cleaning. Thursday, December 30, 2010. How to end the year. It's another normal day (okay, night). My husband and I were going over to the restaurant to do the cleaning at 11pm. The restaurant closes at 9pm. yet all of the lights were still on. We also noticed there was a limo in the parking lot. Confused, I called my boss. Apparently there were customers who were there, she said. She also told me it was okay to go over there to clean. So we packed up and went. Tuesday, December 28, 2010.

My adventures in cleaning. Monday, March 21, 2011. Sooooo the mop that I use is separate from what the waiters/waitresses use in the kitchen. There are several reasons for this. The kitchen gets hella dirty from food and grease. Then the mop gets hella dirty and becomes un-cleanable. And. they are super rough on the mops and break them constantly. Today, the shiny new mop came. It felt like Christmas! Nobody touch my mop! Saturday, March 19, 2011. It's been a great year. :). Thursday, March 17, 2011.

My adventures in cleaning. Monday, June 4, 2012. Back in December I killed an innocent pumpkin pie. I swear it was not my fault. I had had a migraine the night before and had taken some pretty awesome pain killers that made me awesome the next morning. and during my shift. I ended up shoving a tray of salads in to a slot that it didn't fit in to. and I basically squished the pie against the wall. Poor dear. We flattened it out, covered it in whipped cream, and served that sucker. ;). Scary, scary thing.
