November 15, 2015. The boys were able to spend a little extra time with Ben’s parents this summer. Ian and David went home with them after the baptism and stayed with them until we made it down there at the end of the week. They had a blast driving Grandma’s golf cart, visiting the air and space museum, playing with cousins, splashing at the splash park, fishing for catfish, etc. They loved it! November 14, 2015. Blue and Gold Banquet. April 18, 2015. For the Blue and Gold Banquet, the boys decorated cakes. Nate has really been interested in the Navy lately so he made a USS Hornet air craft carrier for his cake. It was AWESOME! The kids also played some fun space-themed games at the banquet. November 13, 2015. We loved having grandparents and a couple cousins come visit for Ian’s baptism in July. The kids colored the driveway with chalk (and themselves! October 20, 2015. We have been blessed with great neighbors, but sadly they moved away. We miss Emma and Spencer and their parents! Thankfully we still can see Wyatt and Keilan since they didn’t move far. July 30, 2015. Pretty sure we have the best neighbors ever! So sad some have already moved and the rest are moving soon! Monday, February 14, 2011. Hidden Valley Ski Trip. They kept calling their bagels doughnuts. Logan and Tolan slept up in the loft. Ella finally figured out how to crawl last week, so she had some fun exploring. It was SOOO cold and windy! But we got ready to go swimming anyway. This is his posed smile. Bundling up to head out. I can't believe we are going swimming, even if it is indoors! Had to take a picture of Tolan crammed in his seat in his hat and shades. She loved splashing her feet in the water.

Sunday, May 24, 2009. We're in and (mostly) settled. I realize I haven't updated in a while, but with the move and all, this is the first chance I've had. We got moved into our new house on the 15th, thanks to the help of family and friends - especially our parents. Thanks so much! June 25). Not that I'm counting down or anything. Wow, I am impressed. We have been in our house for almost 6 years and I still have some things in boxes, yet to be unpacked. I guess that means I have too much stuff.

I am trying to add some photos but I am having blog fail…. Putting the paintings away. When we first moved into this apartment I took up painting. It was an inexplicable urge that had to be dealt with. The master bedroom upstairs was transformed into BJ’s office / Becky’s studio. An old cheap rug was laid on the floor, and easel set up, and I began painting. I am going to show you these paintings, because for now, I am retiring the paint brush. Salad with Purple Carrots.
