I'll have to make that up at some point to use as a benchmark. However, on a better note - I bought these last night: Inov-8 F195 lite. Adapting Paleo/Primal eating into my lifestyle. Post 30 day challenge. Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Morning: Got up early (5:45 - too darn early), and jogged 2.28 (24:12) miles outside. My thighs are sore, and feet are uncomfortable from working in those shoes. Yikes. Anyways, when I woke up, I could barely get out of bed, but I was happy with my jog. Lunch: TAP, ordered the Salmon salad. Dressing on the side, pretty much just ate the salmon, nuts and pears (i don't like salads). Plane: No snacks, just rum, oj, cranberry juice (-2).
