I know making a Greek salad is not rocket science, but this recipe just has the right proportions and it is super low in Points as well. Really all you have to count is the feta (I use light feta), and the oil that is in the dressing, which is barely absorbed by the veggies. 2 cups diced, seeded, tomatoes. 2 cups diced cucumbers. 1/2 tsp minced garlic.
