Thursday, March 26, 2015. 231 17 days 6 pound gain. I cant believe it has been 17 days since I weighed in and all I have to show for it is a 6 pound gain. I haven't been working out like I should I worked out maybe a total of 6 of those 17 days. I cant seem to find any energy after work to workout anymore after having the baby. Wednesday, March 11, 2015. I had the day off of work today and I had all the intentions of working out for at least an hour or two because I didn't have work but it didn't happen like that. I decided instead to spend all day. Playing with my little girl. I couldnt walk away from her smile for a minute. I need to learn how to take time to workout again. So by 6pm I did workout though I did 30 mins of DAILY BURN tabata poc. It is a 50 min program but I really need to work my way back up to 50 mins. Youtube...

Monday, March 9, 2015. Its been awhile .actually. A year and a half. Since I last posted and oh how time flies. I am now a mother to 2 beautiful children. A 9 year old boy and a 7 month old girl.
