Be Fit and Flaunt it. This who I am! Archive for July 2011. On: July 13, 2011. I started this blog 2 years ago to journal my training for my first full marathon, however I feel it is time to take a break from this blog. I am a busy mama with 4 kiddos! And a party planner. Plus, I have started a new journey, a new project that will consume a lot fo my time once school starts. So I am only going to keep up with the family blog. And the party blog. Be Fit and Flaunt it. This who I am! Lazy days are over…. Getting faster without even trying. On: June 14, 2011. I wonder how fast I could be if I really worked at it? Yet, yesterday I just ran 4 miles. I was still tired from all the late nights and sleeping in days from vacay but lo and behold I ran an 8.75 minute mile pace. WHAT? Where did that come form? Be Fit and Flaunt it. This who I am! This who I am! I am a wife to a great man, a mom to the most beautiful 4 children ever and I am a runner. Exercise has always been a big part of my life and running has been at the core of it and consumes most of my active life. I love to run. I got back in town last night at 11. 5:30 came real early this morning but I was set on going to my workout session, I need a good tough workout. It had been too long. My crazy life with 4! 18 months later…. Adding to our crazy life. Native American Indian Dog. Things just keep getting better. At least, that’s what we think and feel. Despite having a very old dog, a large puppy, 4 kids who keep us busy with Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, basketball etc…etc… we decided to adopt another dog! Taking your home from bland to grand! J and B’s House. J and B bought a new house that lacked style. When they moved in they still had the builder beige colored carpets and walls. It was a pleasure to work with them and since they are out-of-town clients I enjoyed spending time with them in their home town when I had to go to their house.
