But that's ok because truth be told, one-month-old babies don't do a lot that warrants reporting. Even during the day, it's the only way she'll sleep for any length of time without fidgeting herself awake. But, alas, I hear squawking in the other room.that would be Miss Piggy hollering for some grub.

Tuesday, January 11, 2011. I've never really been big on New Year's resolutions, but for whatever reason I set a few this year. I didn't agonized over what they would be, but as 2010 was coming to a close, several things had come to mind that I thought I'd like to accomplish this year - and in doing so - perhaps create some positive habits that will carry on long after the newness of the resolution itself was gone. I know, so cliche, right? 2 Stick to a set budget. 3 Read one book per month (at least).

Friday, February 24, 2012. I have no clue what I'm doing. Until today, this has been a purely nighttime habit. But, as I write this, she's standing in her crib.screaming.refusing to take a nap. She should be waking up by this time, but instead, she has yet to go to sleep. Or even lay down for that matter. I question myself constantly. Is there something really wrong with her that requires my attention? Is this a matter of willpower and I just have to outlast her to teach her who's boss?

Monday, December 9, 2013. Jeremiah's cousin Jennifer got married last month in Florida. His sister and brother in law, Jaime and Jon, also live in Florida, so we decided to combine the opportunities to see them into one trip! We flew into Orlando to visit Jaime and Jon in their beautiful new home in Leesburg and then drove north to see family and the beach! Our boy is finally one year old! He ate a whole entire slice.
