Monday, August 26, 2013. New (School) Year, New School, and Lunch Picnic Dates. This year Garrett moved from a school we have been at since he was almost two, to a totally brand new school. To say he was nervous was an understatement. He was white as a sheet! Poor guy, but he did fantastic! Picked him up that afternoon, and asked "How was school? Good" "Oh, and you didn't pack a snack, just remember to do it tomorrow.". Later I asked what his favorite part of the day was, and shockingly it was recess.

Saturday, September 28, 2013. Sleepover Not Slumber Party. That's the difference between boys and girls spending the night at each others houses. Garrett turned seven, and for his birthday he wanted a "sleepover" and I kept saying "slumber party." Apparently I was wrong, but however I said it they had a blast! They had so much fun that they were all asleep by 9:30. Yes, Garrett's mom needs to learn how to write with icing. Sunday, September 22, 2013. Yeah, I held him. He tooted. -Tripp. Garrett has been ...

Thursday, October 31, 2013. Jack's not the Only Toothless. We celebrated Halloween the weekend before, so for Halloween night we were able to spend some much needed family time. We decorated cookies (from a kit I might add.,) Garrett lost his tooth on said cookies (why I mentioned I didn't make them.,) we ate mummy dogs, and played pin the nose on the pumpkin. Best Halloween yet! Wednesday, October 30, 2013. His sweet kangaroo class. More photos can be found here. Monday, October 28, 2013. I had my camer...

Thursday, July 31, 2014. What Else Did We Do This Summer? We also spent time this summer babysitting Franny Granny for a day. Hank loved Granny. He even tried a few times to get into her lap. Granny and I cheered on the boys playing baseball. Somedays we fought crime together as a family. Meet Superman and Batgirl. Then there were days we had to find something to do. Meet Clyde. He came in a box and didn't quite take long enough to build. Tripp singing if I only had a brain. Clyde has short legs. Lastly,...

Tuesday, December 31, 2013. This year we were able to have family Christmas pictures done. The lovely Emily McMillian was very gracious to take them for us, and did a fabulous job. Even more can be found here. Wednesday, December 25, 2013. One of our favorite things is getting to spend Christmas with family. Our first stop was at Grandmama and Grandaddy's. Jude wanted to steal Walkers bike. Because Allison didn't think they would be hyper enough, she thought they should all decorate cookies. This weekend...

Tuesday, July 30, 2013. This week we had cousins over, and had fun playing with Garrett's science kit. Making an underwater volcano. Aiden: Can I drink it, it fizzes? Garrett: I have before. (Aiden drinks). It was really, really gross, but I have done it. Me: Number one rule of science, never taste your experiment! More wonderful pictures from this month are found here.
