TTC and Not TTC History. I'm definitely feeling a little nauseous these past few days. I gag for no reason and then hubs laughs at me. He's sensitive like that. Actually it is pretty funny, we'll just be chatting and then BMLPH! Even when I was stressed out every day working at the 7th Circle of Hell I didn't gag in the middle of a conversation, so I am thinking this is a good sign and not just nerves. Eating helps too, and I think that's a good thing. The spotting continues. Or does it? Again, I'm not p...

All bloodwork is normal; HSG all clear. 12/2009: Laparoscopy finds the culprit - Stage II endometriosis lasered out. No pressure or anything! The Co...

TTC and Not TTC History. 15 weeks and not much to report. I apologize that this blog went from infertility to practically nothing to -BAM- pregnancy. But there just isn't much else going on in my life these days! Well, there isn't. Only two more weeks until we find out the sex! There's no way I could be disappointed! Guess maybe I'm not as alive as I thought. Thank goodness I saw a couple of posts about it before I came across as a seriously inconsiderate asshole. So my announcement will wait until t...

TTC and Not TTC History. Today I start my third trimester. The past six - almost seven - months have simultaneously been the longest and shortest of my life. How can it feel like last August was years ago and. Weeks ago at the same time? I didn't even have to ask, but I had been thinking about it. After three years of torture at my last job, I didn't believe that places like this (and bosses like her) even existed anymore. I'm still working weekends with the DJ too, and it is exhausting! A salesperson...

TTC and Not TTC History. 160; I got my hands on several – a couple of watercolors, a BIG framed landscape oil painting, and my favorite – a charcoal sketch of my mom when she was in her teens or early twenties. It was the first time any of us had gone through her work and it was pretty amazing to see the variety and volume she produced! 160;There was definitely more than one something for everyone, and having some of her creations helps to soften the good-bye a bit. So now, moving forward as we all must.

TTC and Not TTC History. Today I went in for my weekly OB appointment, at 40 weeks 1 day. Baby is doing fine, ultrasound showed plenty of fluid so there was no need for any serious induction talk just yet. I was still only 1 cm ("A nice, loose one," the midwife said. To which Hubs replied, "That's what I said when I met her! I decided to risk the migraines for the past week or so and start eating all the crap I want again, and what do you know, I got a migraine yesterday. So now I'm back to. Tomorrow is ...

TTC and Not TTC History. 2 (Not THAT #2). 160; I haven’t had pregnancy dreams in YEARS, even when I was pregnant, but lately I’ve had several. Last night was a particularly vivid one where I was somehow six months along and just finding out because I was showing (since I haven’t had a period in over a year, which, P.S. is the best thing EVER). But maybe I should pee on a stick tonight. You know, just to be sure. Oh My, I have had so many of these moments! Enjoy your little girl! View my complete profile.

TTC and Not TTC History. In with the in-crowd. Had myself a sampler platter of desserts to top it all off. I don't think I've ever eaten that much on Thanksgiving, and it was AWESOME. Mmm. now I can't wait for Christmas dinner! Nice for sure, but definitely kind of awkward. It's also been interesting to note the difference in the amount of interest some people take in me - like we finally. But I'm going to be a parent now so I guess that means my opinions somehow hold a little weight. I have to figure ou...

TTC and Not TTC History. Happy Easter to me - today I'm 37 weeks and officially full term! Not that I'm getting impatient or anything, I'm just a little. okay I'm impatient. I do feel pretty good, I'm still working and I'm trying to hold out for another two weeks before I take my leave. I just have this feeling she's going to be late and I'd rather spend my time off work with my baby than sitting around the house for weeks waiting. That is serious progress. And people have been trying to freak me out me ...
