Why am I doing this? A day in the life of Becky's exercise journey…Mind Over Fatter. Laquo; Thank Goodness for logging! January 22, 2011 by bekfisher. It’s a weigh in day! A day to weigh in on my weight on the scale, my attitude, fat loss and muscle gain. How did I do? Well I’m 4 pounds down on the scale! Start of January was 184.5 and now 180.5. My lean muscle mass has increased! My fat has decreased! It works, as long as we do! Monitoring ourselves is proven to work. Super heroes save people in danger!

Of course roasters cup coffee to choose which coffees to buy, to determine roast profiles and make tweaks, quality control, et cetera. Why do coffee shops cup coffee? They actually cup the coffees they serve? Why would we not aim to serve the coffee in a manner which showcases that coffee in its completeness, as we would judge in a cupping?
