Thursday, March 7, 2013. So Ben has this thing against hair bows. He doesn't think that Jamie should ever wear them under any circumstances. I, however, feel that bows only add to her beauty and they complete her outfit. So, whenever Ben is away on campus, and I feel so inclined, Jamie and I do a photoshoot and she gets to wear bows. Sunday, June 9, 2013. It's officially summer here in Austin. It has been for the past few weeks, I guess, but it's finally hot enough to swim! I wasn't sure how Jamie was going to like the water, but we've had a few successful swims already so I think she likes it! This little inflatable swim tire thingie was a garage sale find for 50 cents. She loved it! Jamie and her Aunt Allison. The water is nice and shallow and so clear. Sunday, February 17, 2013. I made these centerpieces for our Young Women. Their New Beginnings program is this upcoming Tuesday for mutual. Angela Araya said I needed to post them because she liked them so much. Oh, all right! I'm not a very crafty person, but I came up with this idea on my own, and I was pretty pleased with how they turned out. In case you can't tell from the pic, the vases are filled with Honeycomb cereal. Super easy to make and fun, too! I hope the girls like them. :).

Sunday, December 31, 2017. This cutie pie turned 3 years old on December 6th! I think this picture captures her sweet personality and gorgeous deep blue eyes. April is such an easygoing, fun loving, laid back kid. She definitely has Ben's personality, but she can really be wacky sometimes like me. Around the same time as her birthday, April got her first haircut! She did really well. Her curls are even springier and cuter than before. We love April so much and we are so happy she is a part of our family.
