Sunday, June 15, 2008. Summer in Full Swing. Grill #2 was a big loss! We "remembered the Alamo" for weeks with a small memorial in the form of the old utensils not taken with the grill that were just strewn about on the patio. Josh and I bought this pre-foreclosed home with hopes of fixing it up and selling it for a pretty penny. In order to bring this house up a notch we absolutely had to get rid of the texturing! Next came the dilemma of figuring out HOW to do that. If you know me at all, you will know that I convinced Josh to do option #2! I couldn't do another load for days!

Thursday, May 24, 2012. 2 (1 pound) loaves frozen white bread dough (Rhodes). 1 1/4 c. sugar. 1/4 c packed brown sugar. 1/4 c milk (1% or more is best). 2 Tbls. butter/marg. 1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon. 1 Thaw bread dough in fridge for 12 hours. 1/4 c brown sugar. 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes. 3 Combine in shallow dish:. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. 5 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. She's a natural baker! Monday, May 7, 2012.
