I've tried to switch to mostly organic groceries, but I'm finding my grocery budget flying out the door much faster than before. So, I got super nerdy and made a spreadsheet! Thursday, May 24, 2012. 2 (1 pound) loaves frozen white bread dough (Rhodes). 1 1/4 c. sugar. 1/4 c packed brown sugar. 1/4 c milk (1% or more is best). 2 Tbls. butter/marg. 1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon. 1 Thaw bread dough in fridge for 12 hours. 1/4 c brown sugar. 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes. 3 Combine in shallow dish:. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. 5 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. She's a natural baker! Monday, May 7, 2012.
