Though having written recreationally for many years stories, songs, poems and devotional reflections Sandy considers Little Twig her Grandma Moses debut. She currently lives in Peoria with her husband. They have two grown children and two granddaughters, Julianne and Leena, who is Little Child in this tale of Christmas magic.

Lisa Garber was born in Virginia, but has also lived overseas. Lisa graduated from Peoria High School where she especially enjoyed commercial design classes and drawing. She then graduated from Augustana College with a degree in Studio Art. Her favorite classes there were drawing, painting, two dimensional design, and art history. Most recently, Lisa has been working in watercolor, colored. Pencil, and ink. Her latest adventure has been illustrating.
