The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas: September 2008
http://theworldlyadventuresoflucas.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas. And good times were had by all. Thursday, 4 September 2008. Safely back in the cheerful clutches of England, I managed to get myself sorted with a flat and a car in Oxford, I also found time to once again attend Reading Festival (my third festival festival of the summer). I went to this festival with my Welsh mates Dave and Jonny, and a whole raft of other people. On the first night Cage The Elephant. An American band asked if they. Got a free gazebo out of it too! After ...

Day 252 (China): km marker 82 on G310 - the Yellow Sea (no idea what to put here) — Cycling Without Borders

Pedaling from the Black Forest to the Yellow Sea. Day 252 (China): km marker 82 on G310 - the Yellow Sea (no idea what to put here). 3-4h, but really: who cares? The Yellow Sea. And me. Joy: I did it! From the Black Forest to the Yellow Sea. Disbelief: did I really do this? From the Black Forest to the Yellow Sea? Fatigue: the last weeks have been grueling and have taken a toll on me, both physically and emotionally; as I was sitting there, I could feel how drained I was in every respect. Did any of the ...

The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas: A jolly old time in Great Yarmouth
http://theworldlyadventuresoflucas.blogspot.com/2009/01/jolly-old-time-in-great-yarmouth.html
The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas. And good times were had by all. Tuesday, 13 January 2009. A jolly old time in Great Yarmouth. This is the first update in a while. All in all we had a great time, the house was cosy, pokey and thankfully warm, especially when we cranked the open fire in the living room. The guitar came out a few times. Twister made an appearance. Great Yarmouth itself deserved a walk around on Boxing day, well maybe it didn't, but we did one anyway. Things got a little leery later on!

The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas: April 2007
http://theworldlyadventuresoflucas.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas. And good times were had by all. Tuesday, 17 April 2007. Last weekend was my sister's wedding down in Bannockburn. I flew down on Thursday morning to help finish the organising and was immediately put to work! Thursday night all the family went out to dinner with the Swedes - it was good to meet all of Clas' family finally. 17 Swedes came over for the wedding which is pretty impressive. There's nothing unlucky about Friday the 13th though right? The next day we had a BBQ l...

The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas: March 2008
http://theworldlyadventuresoflucas.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
The Worldly Adventures Of Lucas. And good times were had by all. Monday, 10 March 2008. Belgium - the Country, not the Biscuit. I do miss the biscuits though. So, 2 weeks ago I went to Belgium with Andrew. We caught the Eurostar after work Friday from Kings Cross St Pancreas to Brussels, then a couple of regional trains to get us to Ghent. I think we were there about 22:30 (europe time, not this am/pm bollocks) so it was pretty easy. It also had plenty of beers to aid us on our quest. We visited a castle...
