Jackie and Russ Tyndall decided to play matchmaker for Beth and Derek- and thank goodness they did! Jackie is the music teacher at Beth's school, and is also very close friends with Derek's parents. They thought they would make a good couple, and set them up on a blind date two days after Christmas, 2006. Beth and Derek couldn't learn enough about each other, and the rest is history! Saturday, August 14, 2010. It is the middle of August; and yet again, I find myself wondering where has the time gone! Drew and I have been very busy house hunting. yes, that's right - It looks like we will be staying in Alaska awhile longer. I will explain all of it later, but to sum up our current predicament: We have until the end of this month to find a new place and move out of our current place. Things have been pretty chaotic! First thing's first, though. we had to find a moose for Mom to see!
