Dustin, Beth and Maddy. Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Maddy was 1 month old on Sunday. My how time flies! I really do believe she will be grown up before we realize it. Here are a few things about Miss Maddy that we have learned:. 1 She doesn't mind flying home to visit Alabama. 2 She now weighs 9 lbs and 12 oz. 3 She is sleeping about 5-6 hours at night most of the time. 4 She didn't mind getting her Hep B shot in the leg. Dusty finally let me put it up.probably because he was tired of my constant questioning "if he was ready yet". I would celebrate Christmas 365 days a year if everyone would let me! Friday, October 15, 2010. Sad and Happy Times. Bryant also had 2 baby showers in the past week. One was a surprise shower from the girls I work with last Friday morning. I got ready and went to the office for a "meeting" and they had a shower set up instead! Very sweet- I really enjoyed it. Saturday afternoon, Chadd's Aunt Betty, and cousins, Angie and Amanda, hosted our first planned shower. We are so thankful for all the GREAT gifts. Its exciting to start seeing things come together! We had said from the get-go that if there was any month that we would choose not to have a baby, it would be December; namely because 1/2 our family, including both of us, are Christmas babies. Saturday, August 14, 2010. It is the middle of August; and yet again, I find myself wondering where has the time gone! Drew and I have been very busy house hunting. yes, that's right - It looks like we will be staying in Alaska awhile longer. I will explain all of it later, but to sum up our current predicament: We have until the end of this month to find a new place and move out of our current place. Things have been pretty chaotic! First thing's first, though. we had to find a moose for Mom to see!
