Sweet and Spicy Roasted Chickpeas. 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas drained and rinsed well. 2 tsp olive oil. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1 1/2 tsp sugar. Spread the chickpeas out on a paper towel or a drying rack and leave for about 2 hours. The chickpeas do not need to be completely dry to start roasting just about half dried out. Friday, July 27, 2007. Well our baby is a whopping 4 Months Old already! We can not believe it, he is rolling over, smiling on command, laughing, pulling mommy's hair and so much more. He is a joy to be around! His big brother sure loves him to pieces, the way they cuddle and love each other brings tears of joy to my eyes. I am truly blessed! We had Cainen's Dr. appt was the other day and here are his stats. 15#1oz. 52% tile for boys his age. 25" again 52% tile. 17" 86% tile for boys :). If not, dont!

Getting pictures of both kids together is not such a good time. Grandpa helped the kids carve these great pumpkins this year. Josh helped me make witches' hats cookies for school.
