Monday, June 29, 2009. Today we went to the Carolina Pregnancy Center and volunteered to let them do an ultrasound on us for training sake (hey. free ultrasound sounds good to us). It was a complete success as far as getting a better look at our child. We are at 13 weeks 2 days. But according to the measurements, the child measures at 14 weeks 1 day. Meaning the child is definitely growing properly (ahead of schedule). To us, this means a healthy baby (but we'll still continue to pray). October 13, 2009.

Thursday, December 31, 2009. Today we left the hospital. This whole experience was just amazing. We got things all packed up and dressed Hayden for his first car ride (the ride home). Everything has been very interesting, scary and fun. I don't have as much time to sit down and type nowadays but I will continue to post updates as often as I can (even if they are short). Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. About two or so months ago, I cut my pinkie finger laying floor tile. It hasn't healed yet to this day and it hurts when I bend it so I went to the doctor today to have them look at it. The doc says I cut it worse than I thought I did and apparently. Have cut my tendon. She says there's nothing that can be done about it and she's sorry. Not to mention she thinks I have carpal tunnel developing in that same arm. Thursday, November 19, 2009. Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. As impossible as this sounds (grilled meat loaf) we. Attempted to cook this dish. It started out with the ladies (I won't mention Karen and Lauren's names) having the job of pattying some burgers and me and Matt grilling them. Matt and I are out there on the deck, grill fired up, ready to go. The ladies bring out the burgers to us and we throw them on. All is fine and going smoothly. until. we try flipping the burgers. Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. Today was focused on arms and shoulders. This exercise wasn't quite as hard but seeing as to it is my first week (. I am setting a goal to just get through half of each 1-hour routine. I exercise for 30 minutes. My arms felt it though. I've been using the resistant bands. As far as what I ate. I ate 1 tv dinner. 1 serving of mashed potatoes. For dinner I had grilled chicken. With bbq sauce), corn of the cob. With 1 glass of ice tea. Plain - ruffle) and couple of skittles.

Inside the Weird Brain of Mark. CompTIA Network Certified Baby! This test was more difficult to study for than I expected. The story of my day today is kind of crazy. Lets just say I got a little sick during the exam but had to push through to the end. In the end, I walked away with a big "Congratulations" on the screen.
