Monday, March 07, 2011. Am going to try a little experiment with this recipe. Kahluha in the base, baileys through the mid section and some cointreu in the jelly. Will let you know how it goes. 1 packet yo-yo biscuits, crushed. 1 tin of condensed milk. Juice of 2 lemons. 2 tsp gelatine (or agar agar). 189; cup hot water. 1 packet raspberry jelly. 1 cup hot water. Melt butter and mix with biscuits. Press in to a Swiss roll tin, (rectangular pan). Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Delicous Red Velvet Cup Cakes. I was pretty proud of these bad boys. Not particularly difficult to construct, but time consuming to make all the flowers. Absolutely delicous. 2½ cups sifted plain flour. 189; tsp salt. 2 tbs Dutch cocoa. 1½ cups castor sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 tbs liquid red colouring. 1 tsp distilled vinegar. 1 tsp baking soda. Preheat oven to 180°C. Dust cakes with icing sugar, or alternatively top with cream cheese frosting. 189; tsp vanilla extract.

Tuesday, September 08, 2009. In an attempt to get my dad to swap his morning danish with a healthier alternative i've committed to making muffins once a week. These are the initial batch. 2 cups SR flour, sifted. 3/4 cups brown sugar. 1/2 cup rice bran oil. 1 1/5 cups banana, mashed. Wednesday, November 22, 2006. 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, ground. 188; cup cumin seeds, ground. 189; spanish onion, diced. 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced. 1½ cups parsley, chopped. 1 cup coriander, chopped. 190; cup mint leaves, chopped. 188; teaspoon cayenne pepper. 189; tablespoon celtic salt. 189; teaspoon black pepper.
