Our plan has been to downsize and move into a small apartment for the summer while we finish planning The Big Trip. Even though we won't be ready to hit the road, we're really anxious to get the bus and start geeking it out for the trip. And try it for 14 days. Where do I begin. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. XP is eXtra Problems. To revisit my love/hate relationship with my machines, I think I'll take XP Home off the PC and install XP Pro for a little added functionality and security. Great idea.now my sound card isn't recognized at all. I've installed every driver, run every test, and smacked every piece of hardware I could think of! This is driving me nuts- at least you'll know why if I go over the edge. Looks like I know what I'll be working on for a while.

Life at the dkRanch. Friday, May 8, 2015. It's been three or four days of rain on and off. I tried to clean the car a bit yesterday, after picking up the kids, I wanted to rinse off the running boards since they catch my leg. I ended up taking a bucket and a little soap and working on the driver's side, mainly to get the running boards clean and remove some dirt from the body. I was happy with just 15 minutes of cleaning. Life at the dkRanch. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. At least the last for 11th grade. Delaney asked if I had a red shirt for him yesterday. I went out and got one during the day since I wanted him to look good. He did. I had him try it on after school and he came down like this.
