When my thoughts on the troubles of the world are over-whelming, I can find a little consolation in baking. And, as chocolate is my penchant, here at least is a quick and easy recipe to bring cheer whilst contemplating the the bigger issues:. I prefer to use organic, fair trade chocolate when I do indulge.
